Artificial Aortic Valve - Helen Kinnane

On the 14 th. of December 1990 I had open heart surgery and now have an artificial aortic valve. I had a lot of drugs following surgery and my hair started falling out. I also had a ‘rosacea’ rash on my face for 8 months which was getting progressively worse despite treatment from a skin specialist.

I was on Hormone Replacement Therapy which gave me unpleasant side effects. I had put on weight, but mainly I had absolutely no energy, and I thought that I’d never feel fit and healthy again. In May 1992 whilst struggling to walk quickly around the local park I met Michael Proctor who told me about Herbalife. I picked up on the work ENERGY. I went off H.R.T. and started on the Herbalife Nutrition Program. On the 4th day my energy went through the roof! After 8 days my hairdresser was amazed to find almost 1cm of new hair growth throughout my whole head! After 14 days I had lost 4.5kgs and 9cms around my waist.

After 6 weeks the ‘rosacea" rash had completely gone! I am pain free from arthritis I’ve had for 36 years. I no longer suffer from Raynaud’s disease, which is a circulatory problem in the fingers. A lifelong constipation complaint has also cleared up. My energy level is such that I have completed a very challenging ‘High Ropes Course’ since being on the products.
