Asthma - Ern Murphy

My name is Ern and I have been a special teacher for over 35 years.
I have been an asthmatic for over 50 years, and have chronic obstructive airway disease , polymyalgia , rheumatica , but otherwise I am fit and happy at 61.

Through my son being hospitalised I was introduced to Cellular Nutrition Having started on the Cellular Nutrition program I was surprised to find that within a few days I began to sleep through the whole night, without having to use the asthma spray, for the previous 20 years I have gone to bed with the asthma spray under my pillow. Thus began a steady improvement in my health and well being and I have lost 12kg. For those familiar with the peak flow meter, my average has gone from 140/min to a present average of 280/min. A few days ago for the first time I actually blew 310/min. My GP who has known me for 18 years tells me that I look 10 years younger, I certainly feel 20 years younger. The amount of medication that I use has been reduced to about ¼ of that previously needed, using only the Bricanyl and Pylmacort, and off the Prednisolone, Theodur and no more nebuliser. The amount of exercise I can perform is about 5 times what it was. The most surprising thing about Herbalife is it has given me back control of my life. Probably only someone who has had a chronic illness would be able to really appreciate the joy and freedom experienced when this happens. It is a privilege and a pleasure to share my story.
