Debilitating Heart Condition

In 2002 at age 46 I was forced to reassess my situation in life. Due to a debilitating heart condition, dilated cardiomyopathy, I had to leave work. Seven months later, I was very fortunate to undergo a successful heart transplant.

Whilst recovering I had the opportunity to re-think my future, my priorities, and realise what was truly important to me. During this time I answered an advert in the local paper and discovered Herbalife. It offered me wellness, a lifestyle I could only dream of, and financial freedom for myself and those close to me. All this whilst working from home.

With the help of my mentors I saw my opportunity. Mindful of the fact that I was on a regular course of anti-rejection medication, my mentors sought advice from the Herbalife Medical Advisory Board as to the suitability of the products for my situation. Within hours we received a reply outlining their opinion. Essentially all of the products were safe for me to use bar one -- FloraFibre, but their advice was to consult with my own doctors. I have since consulted with my own medical professionals who concurred.

I started slowly using the products, and within days, noticed a definite energy shift. I was sleeping better, and a back problem that had been nagging me for years had started to ease. Blotchiness in my face from the medication disappeared and others noticed.

I went on to lose 3kg and 9cm of fat in the first month at a time when my I was gaining weigh at the rate of 2kg per month – a turnaround of 5kg! This got me very excited!

From the business perspective, without much effort I sold $2,000 in products in my first month, and 80% of my customers are already ‘return' customers. Thanks to this opportunity I now see a much healthier, more rewarding and comfortable future for my family and I.
