My name is Zufikar Alamsyah.

I am 23 years old and a university student from Jakarta Indonesia. My weight before was 115 kg and now 85 kg. Because I was overweight, I had no confidence, and I always felt un-comfortable.

Since I was a child, people called me fatty, king kong, and elephant.
