Jim Atteridge - Water Polo

I was working extremely hard and was overweight and worn out at the end of each day. I started on these products and lost 15kg in 10 weeks. What a difference that made. I found I had lots more energy and was able to get back into sport. I started training for the World Masters Games in water polo and using the products for weight management and vitality I went on to win gold for my age at the games. When I started the program my cholesterol was 7 but after using these products as the foundation of my daily nutrition my cholesterol kept coming down and is now 5. Recently my doctor said " Whatever you are doing, keep on doing it and you don't need to come back for another test".

For Bonnie, my wife, the products have allowed her to lose 5 kg and 2 dress sizes and as Bonnie says "I had always thought that my pear shape was hereditary!" Our whole family use the products to keep us as healthy as we can be.
